Advance the Future of Safety Leadership – Share Your Experience!

The Region V of the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) is proud to participate in a nationwide research study in collaboration with 37 Qualified Academic Programs (QAPs) across the U.S. Together, we are exploring how safety professionals grow and evolve throughout their careers, and your insights are vital to this effort.

We are seeking input from ASSP members and safety professionals at all stages of their careers, from students to senior safety leaders, aged 18 to 90.

Why Participate?

  • Your feedback will help shape future learning models, professional development programs, and emerging leadership theories in the safety profession.
  • The survey is entirely anonymous and does not collect any personal identifying information.
  • You will answer basic demographic and career-related questions, followed by 24 multiple-choice items assessing locus of control.
  • The survey takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Whether you’re just starting or are a seasoned leader, your voice matters in shaping the future of safety practice.

Make your experience part of the solution.
